Handling ACID Requirements
Completing logistics & customs import/export administrative tasks and organizing warehouse.
Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system
Direct distribution operation to ensure achievement of cost, productivity, accuracy, or timeliness objectives.
Ensure carrier compliance with company policies or procedures for product transit or delivery.
Monitor product import processes to ensure compliance with regulatory or legal requirements.
Schedule and coordinate truck deliveries and pickups, ensuring efficient and timely transport operations.
Monitor stock intake to provide an accurate stock picture to our operations teams.
Maintain metrics, reports, process documentation, customer service logs, or training or safety records.
Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports, or customer issues.
Supporting the team in the prevention and further reduction of delivery complaints
Negotiate transportation rates or services.
Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system
Handling all the customer complaints related to the logistics department (Delayed orders - Returns requests)
