Logistics SpecialistIssue and review shipping documents in accordance to policies and regulations. Follow up and lead shipping process and progress to ensure delivery to warehouse on time. Collaborate and analyze warehouses? plans for operational efficiency. Manage and follow up invoicing and recordkeeping. Monitor cargo movement processes. Establish and manage tracking system to maintain customer satisfaction and a best in class service. Coordinate with sales team and product line managers, establish and maintain maximum and minimum stock levels in the warehouse. Daily follow up with the different concerned internal departments in order to ensure achieving the projects monthly plan. Close communication with the customer and ensure the actual demand is adhering to the forecasted volumes. Verify all freight invoices. Follow up with different internal departments (Finance, production, Logistics, Warehouse. etc.) to ensure the customer demand is fulfilled on time/in full. Daily follow-up and update for all the shipments and the delivery schedules. Coordinating and communicating shipment delivery requirements with freight forwarders Identify expired products and arrange for the transfer of expired products to Quarantine Warehouse. Check export documents after loading to ensure it conforms to export countries? regulations as well as local regulations. Maintain letters and correspondence. Update account information and complete accurate documentation. Ensuring the integrity of import / export documentation such as Bills.SkillsBachelor?s degree in logistics / Supply Chain. 1 ? 3 Years of experience in logistics Filed. Basic Cargo Course is highly preferred. Suppliers? management. Understanding warehouse process & inventory cycle. Being able to manage transporters. Information technology, system user. Excellent communication skills. Attention to detail. Excellent command of English. Excellent Computer Skills (Microsoft Office).
