Introduction of Job Posting We are Smart Lighting, announcing on our new job opportunity for the position of the ?Lighting Technical Office Manager? to join our team.We are looking for a very good potential that meet the company?s expectation, strategy and future vision for all expected projects and have the ability to lead the team to the right direction.Job Summary:To lead the technical team and responsible for the smooth running of the technical support service provided by Smart Lighting Company.˙This includes ensuring all processes and procedures are continually followed, updated, and enhanced day-to-day and as the business continues to grow and develop.˙To ensure the quality and the accuracy of the technical products˙

  • Create processes to be followed by the team and that any necessary or recommended changes and any significant breaches are investigated and brought to the attention of the SMT.
  • Guide the team to prepare technical and financial offers, technical submittals and lighting designs through technical supervision.
  • Implement methodologies to support the sales team to gain new projects and potential clients, manage customer perceptions, and build strong internal relationships.
  • Manage the technical queries from clients and ensure all such queries and handled in line with Service Level Agreements.
  • Continuous search to get new suppliers with high-quality products,
  • Manage all supporting administration and documentation ensuring it is accurate and timely. Ensuring all client system information and technical notes are logged onto the ticketing system along with also technician reports.
  • Work on data sheets compliance and products approval with consultants
  • Manage the daily tasks between his team members and get the best from them.
  • Know critical information about the products and prepared for learning more technical information.˙
  • Working on the R & D for the company products portfolio.˙
  • Employee training, technical sessions and Technical CSR activity.
  • Cooperating with logistics team and inventory team on receiving orders and handling safety stock
