We strive to be the earth?s most customer-centric company where people can find and discover anything they want to buy online.Amazon ATS is seeking a Learning Associate , innovative, agile and customer obsessed to join the Learning Team (ATS Leaning and Development).The Learning team is responsible of all our employees training. The team ensures that all employees acquire necessary skills to ship packages to our customers while respecting safety, quality and productivity standards. The team is also responsible of their onboarding and their training on various fields such as safety and skills assessment.The learning associate will have an important role in performance improvement and in the onboarding experience of new hire associates through trainings that he/she will deliver within our SC and FM stations. Learning Associate?s role is also to track SC and FM stations progress and adherence to Amazon standard work and objectives.He/she will closely work with our operational team in order to ensure the deployment of actions plans concerning the following indicators:? The organization of initial and refresher trainings in order to meet our performance indicators? Training Ambassadors, who will step up on delivering coaching and training to our local teams? The development of our employees? skills through training on various roles in order to make them ready for Peak.? The recording of all trainings and the assessment of skills allocations.The learning associate will also be the Point of contact of the operational teams in order to track the onboarding process of our New Hires associates and to assist them. He/she will collaborate with several support teams to update training documents, implement process changes and ensure sites adoption of them.This role requires high scheduling flexibility and willingness to work with different shifts and locations: AM, PM and Night Shift. Frequent trips are also to be expected, regularly on several consecutive days.Locations to be confirmed. The successful candidate will support a small region of 3 or 4 FM stations in addition to the SC. Travel required to all stations within designated region.Your responsibilities:The candidate must have some backgrounds in training, preferably in the field of logistics and transport.He/ she will also:? Identify training and development needs within several delivery stations through regular operational teams skills assessment? Deliver safety and process trainings in a given geographical area? Create training materials and elaborate development programs based on operational needs.? Deploy necessary training tools, create and update training documents and materials to make them available to new associates.? Drive the execution of all learning related audits, assess the adherence to the process and the development of the new employees during each step of their onboarding journey? Ensure that our legal obligations are met and compliant.? Adapt training techniques to the profile of the trainee? Improve employees? skills by using coaching and leadership?s techniques in order to ensure a high performance of our delivery stations.Key job responsibilities?
