So whatever your role, if you share our passion for helping others, youll be working towards creating a better and fairer future for all.You are responsible for* Designing, implementing, managing, and measuring Learning & Development projects * Coordinating logistics and addressing day-to-day learning needs of GBS employees * Supporting the execution of Talent and Learning Programs aimed at continuous improvement of knowledge and skills of GBS employees, e.g., technical and soft skills trainings, language courses, onboarding process * Reinforcing our culture and valuesYou are a part ofa team that works on local and global L&D initiatives, supporting the global GBS strategy. We have the capability to analyze learning needs and create and deliver effective learning solutions, and we cant wait to share this knowledge with you!
