Job Description

Main Job Purpose:The main purpose of this position is to support the Center of Excellence in implementing, monitoring, and updating the Knowledge management system in cooperation with other sectors and Departments, and in line with ENRRA?s Integrated Management System.Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Center of Excellence to define the gap between the required knowledge and the existing knowledge.
  • In cooperation with sectors and Departments, build a knowledge management plan aligned with ENRRA strategy.
  • Report the implementation of the knowledge management processes to the Head of Center of Excellence.
  • Capitalize ENRRA operational knowledge, monitor, document, and assess knowledge creation in ENRRA and the lessons learned.
  • Supervise and coordinate the mentoring program and develop a knowledge-sharing culture.
  • Organize the knowledge resources in cooperation with sectors and Departments.
  • In collaboration with the International cooperation and Public Relations Departments, establish networks to identify and capture the required best practice knowledge.
  • In collaboration with the quality assurance and audits Department and IT Department, monitor the knowledge preservation process.
  • In collaboration with the human resources and administrative Department, monitor and recommend necessary knowledge retention.
  • Support the knowledge delivery to interested parties in cooperation with the International Cooperation Department and Public Relations Department.
  • Supports the learning and development process within the Center of Excellence.
  • Supports the Center to construct knowledge networks and preform the necessary related research.
  • Planning and supervising knowledge related projects.
  • Carry out other similar tasks assigned by the Head of Center of Excellence.
