Job Description

You?re looking for fulfillment, we?re looking for You!Junior Financial Controller ? Cycles & ProcurementAs a Junior C&P Controller, you will be supporting the Cycles & Procurement department in defining a sourcing strategy by category and manage risk and consistency of action plan with this strategy.Lead planning process for raws and packs (price assumptions, productivity?) and monitor performance with relevant KPIs.Animate productivity committees with relevant functions, monitor productivity projects financial impacts, and driving benchmark discussions.Ensure reliability of raws and packs standard costs and track accurately actual costs.About the job

  • Lead forecasting process of material costs in line with global Cycles & Procurement organization.
  • Co-lead productivity projects portfolio review and animate productivity committee
  • Animate internal and external benchmarks discussions
  • Establish Group reporting of items in his scope mainly Purchasing Price Variance
  • Maintains local Business Intelligence tools updated on items in his scope mainly Material costs
  • Review and approve purchasing contracts remaining local as per defined policy
  • Support Business Process owners and adequate ownership of controls and support internal control team during testing.
To be able to achieve the above and be successful in this role we believe you need to have:
  • Bachelor?s degree in Economics, Finance or any relevant major
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in Controlling role
  • Strong Analytical skills
  • Hands on experience
  • Communication skills and stakeholder?s management
