Alstom Transport with vast ex Rolling Stock, Signaling, and Infrastructure activities participated in the construction of Cairo Metro Lines (1, 2, and 3) with the renovate Rolling Stock Units for line 1. Also, Alstom served the Egyptian Railways market through delivering Engineering, Power Supply, Construction Maintenance and Trainings of Signaling, Centralized Control, and Infrastructure of railway projects such as, Giza-Beni Suef, Beni Suef-Alexandria, Beni Suef-Asiut lines.Network & Links:As an IXL Outdoor Leader, you will be one of thefield Services Team reporting to the Project Warranty Manager.Responsibilities:

• Responsible for monitoring and supervising the team to achieve the organization?s objectives.
• Responsible for overseeing all activities within the team.
• Managing the day-to-day activities of the team.
• Responsible for deciding how to approach tasks and develop a plan to accomplish them.
• Keeping track of and structuring various tasks, employees, and documents.
• Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.
• coordinating with any cross-functional partners on behalf of the project team?s needs.
• Clarify urgency and importance so team members can prioritize work.
• Responsible for providing guidance, instruction, training, and leadership skills to inspire the team to perform at their optimum.
• Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.
• Following-up on completion of the monthly preventive maintenance tasks.
• Carry out the analysis for IXL subsystem failures and perform the troubleshooting.
• Self-responsibility and autonomy in work (Self-estimation of the criticality of certain tasks requiring proper and immediate action without waiting for a superior order).
• To coordinate with other team members and other disciplines of the project.
• Improving the sense of urgency especially when it comes to system faults and problems.
• Ensuring the communication of all site anomalies and working behaviors to the Manager.
• Good coordination/relationship with the client regarding to Warranty/Maintenance contracts.
• Following-up on Engineers, Supervisor, and technicians technically and behaviorally.

Experience:

• Experience in railway signaling projects is preferred.
• Proven work experience as a team leader
• Proficient in English Language, Windows, and MS office tools (Word, Excel, Power Point).
