His/her primary role is to provide business system (WMS) support/management & development,analyzing new business requirements and provides the proper system solutions to achieve the required targets.Develop reports for internal & external customersDevelop & maintain ETL/integration processes(DELL Boomi) that interacts with external customers systemsApply / implement or develop solutions to automate business processes .?KEY RESULTS AREAS (RESPONSIBILITIES):Business systems support/management and development.Analyze new business requirements and act as a project manager to achieve the desired outputs.Support operation issues? acts as a first & second level support for troubleshooting and resolves reporting and BI related reports / databases.Create new reports, maintain and support current active reports.Research, review, and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing reports and develop strategies for enhancing reporting capabilities.Create new , maintain and support current active integration processes.Research, review, and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of the existing integration processes.Develop/customize apps as required by different departments
