Job Description

Since then we have continued to bring growth and security and safety to the country by upgrading these transportation systems as well as providing solutions for customers in air traffic management, air defence and Navy.Key Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Day to Day users support
  • Setup and troubleshooting PCs
  • Setup and troubleshooting printers & Scanners
  • MS Windows Server administration and backup
  • Telephone system PABX administration
  • Security policies compliance
  • logging and processing support calls
  • planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades
  • talking to clients and computer users to determine the nature of any problems they encounter
  • responding to breakdowns
  • investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults
  • checking computer equipment for electrical safety
  • managing stocks of equipment, consumables and other supplies
Experience, Qualification & Educational Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years? experience in similar IT support position
  • Bachelor degree of computer science or related field required
  • In-depth knowledge of hardware and software / Operating Systems
  • Strong command of English language, French is a plus.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest IT and software trends
  • Strong customer service ethos
  • Ability to work well with people
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to quickly establish good working relationships with clients
  • Willingness to sometimes work unsociable hours
  • Enthusiasm for continual learning
