Control the computer infrastructure, ensure the continuity of information flow and information security and report setbacks to the superior in order to ensure the efficient and effective operation of in-house and external information flow and network system.?????? To record and follow up on the software programs using in the company and upgrade if needs.?????? Reviews and analyzes organization business needs; confers with users to evaluate requirements, discuss solutions and develop a plan of approach.?????? Archive all data entering the corporate data processing system, take necessary measures to prevent data loss and report setbacks to the superior.?????? Determine hardware needs for the computer system to operate effectively; store records and submit reports to the superior.?????? Respond to software user feedbacks and complaints, resolve user issues and guide personnel for technical support.?????? Determine training needs to ensure the adaptation of computer users to new technologies,?????? Make recordings of all electronic devices using in the company as Desktop, Lap Top, Tablet, etc. and follow it is conditions. Also, prepare cleaning & maintenance plans for these devices.?????? Determine the annual budget of the data processing department and present the budget to the superior.?????? Check the installation and operation of the company?s CCTV surveillance system, direct related personnel in case of faults and report setbacks to the superior.?????? Participates in structured walk-thoughts and other activities to review systems and provide training and support.?????? Prepares program documentation to support new or enhanced systems and applications.?????? Conducts or coordinates user acceptance, performance stress, regression and integration testing; makes changes and corrections as needed.
