Train the sales force team on using technology tools & systems.
Provide second line support for different SFA users (Finance, Sales, Operations, Warehouse? etc.).
Troubleshoot system, diagnose and solving HH software problems.
Configure and maintain the handheld devices and related equipment.
Provide support and training for sales supervisors, territory development managers and sales managers.
Communicate with third party to develop printed layout and SFA performance according to business needs.
Manage SFA server and DB.
Create and manage SFA users and user privileges.
Provide sales and finance team with SFA related reports.
Create and manage (items and customers) discount plan throw SFA system.
Create special and additional sales promotions.
Manage and handle master files and integration between ERP (AX 365) and SFA (Sales Buzz)
Conduct and issue the different HH Key Performance Indicators (KPI?s) reports.
Issue monthly HH performance reports and system scorecards.
