We?re looking for a Software Project Manager with a strong technical background and leadership skills to oversee software development and digital media projects while ensuring seamless execution according to European standards.Key Responsibilities: ? Plan, execute, and manage software and digital projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. ? Lead Agile/Scrum processes and mentor teams to enhance efficiency and workflow. ? Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, deliverables, and roadmaps. ? Oversee development cycles, monitor performance, and proactively identify risks with effective solutions. ? Manage seamless communication between development teams, designers, marketers, and clients. ? Utilize Postman, API testing tools, and coding knowledge to oversee and validate technical deliverables. ? Continuously optimize project management processes for maximum efficiency and scalability.Requirements: ? 5?10 years of experience as a Software Project Manager, preferably in digital agencies or tech-driven environments. ? Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. ? Proficiency in software development principles, programming languages, and API testing (Postman, REST, SOAP, etc.). ? Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and hands-on experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana). ? Deep understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and best practices. ? Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies is a plus. ? Exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. ? Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. ? Certifications (Preferred): PMP, Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP), Scrum Master Certification.
