Job title: IT InternAmazon Ops Tech IT teams keep Amazon?s operations running smoothly by resolving complexhardware, software, server and infrastructure issues.Our support model is based on both on-site and remote support teams spread across our network.We provide IT services to all Amazon Operations buildings, from Robotics Fulfilment Centers toDelivery Stations.As an Ops tech IT Intern you will report to the IT Manager at the site where you are based. You willwork together with the local IT team to provide technical support to the Operations network.Being a key part of a multinational team, your goal will be to deliver the most reliable and resilient ITsupport to our infrastructures.During your internship, you will be in regular contact with the Amazon Operations teams andidentify process improvement or standardisation opportunities for the European network.
