Manage the IT Infrastructure environment for desktop support, nationwide office network, call center apps, and corporate apps. DC, Application & Database Servers (ERP, CRM), Fileserver, DHCP, Proxy, VPN, Firewall, Antivirus, VLAN, Dialers, IPLC, PRI Line etc.? Develop standard operating procedures and best practices, including providing written protocols and guidance to IT staff and to end-users.?
