If YES, Danone Middle East is looking for a talented Invoice to Cash Manager to be based in Egypt, like you!In this context, Invoice to Cash Manager is responsible for the end-to-end invoice to cash process of the region, encompassing main areas of activities: Invoicing & Claims Management, Cash Collections. He/She will drive invoice accuracy, ensure performance and compliance for customer cash-in financial flow and will lead change management at local level, as well as he/she will contribute to I2C talent development and liaise with upstream stakeholders and other departments to ensure I2C process efficiency.The candidate will also carry the following responsibilities :1. Ensure that the organization, governance and processes are enforced? Lead, manage and coach local I2C team to deliver required services and focus on customer service (both internally and externally).? Ensure internal IBS collaboration with Procure to Pay(P2P), Masterdata Management (MDM), Record to Report(R2R), IS/IT. Ensure collaboration between IBS and local BU Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, Customer Services.? Ensure delivery of high-quality services.? Manage efficiently, compliant and timely the processing of customer invoices & claims.? Ensure timeliness and quality of the monthly I2C closing process: timely and accurate invoicing, perform revenue recognition exercise.? Follow-up of monthly receivables and short-term cash receivable forecasting.? Ensure all IBS I2C activities are performed at the expected quality level: ensure proper review and compliance (accounting norms, tax regulations and internal control), perform quality reviews for all locations across region.? Ensure the control of the credit risk with the customers.? Monitor invoice accuracy and I2C KPIs: Overdue, DSO, claims & resolutions.? Improve I2C performance: reduce processing time for customer payments clearing and for claims and trade terms management.2. Ensure continuous improvement? Ensure a Continuous Improvement mindset for the I2C activity and within local IBS teams: identification of improvement opportunities and coordination with Global IBS I2C for their validation and implementation.? Stay abreast of the latest developments, best practices and trends in I2C to bring leading edge expertise.To be successful in the role you should ideally have:Education & professional experience:? Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.? Minimum 3-5 years experience in a Multi-national company in Invoicing/Customer Service/Accounts Receivable.? SAP Invoicing experience is key.? Accounting experience preferred.? Competency in use of Microsoft Office especially Excel and Power Point.Location:? EgyptLanguages required:?
