Job Description
Develop and execute an investor relations plan that effectively communicates the companys financial and strategic performance to investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.
Manage the companys relationships with analysts, investors, and other key stakeholders, including responding to inquiries and providing timely and accurate information.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the companys business model, financial performance, and competitive landscape in order to provide insightful analysis and guidance to investors.
Collaborate with internal teams, including finance, legal, and marketing, to ensure that all investor communications are accurate and in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Manage the companys investor database and maintain accurate and up-to-date information on all investors and analysts.
Prepare and distribute investor materials, including press releases, annual reports, and investor presentations.
Conduct research and analysis on the companys peers and industry trends to support strategic decision-making.
