The Inside Sales Coordinator is responsible for coordination of internal Supply Chain case management process. The role involves building long-term relationships with customers, using language and interpersonal skills.The role includes phone communications, coordination and validation of the cases, cases dispatch function between supply chain streams, development of internal customer-supplier relationship in collaboration with multiple Supply Chain streams on the follow-up of customers? requests.The position is based in 10th of ramadan city, Sharqia, Egypt.Our Team:The role will involve the cooperation with customers. Inside Sales Coordinator is a key contact between the back-office teams and the Customer, SC members and the plant. In that scope, Customer Facing Specialist is to identify, understand and complete customer?s requests. coming through email and through our service portal to provide them with the most suitable solution. This requires an excellent knowledge of the process and to successfully navigate around diversity of customer requests to allocate solution to right workstreams.What You Will Do:ú ÿSupport the Order Management Process, including pre-and post-order activities.ú ÿExpand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.ú ÿEnsure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.ú ÿMonitoring customer satisfaction levelsú ÿResolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.ú ÿPlay an integral part in improving the service and timely execution that will turn into personal development, long-lasting relationships, and business efficiencies.ú ÿMaintaining a positive image of the companyEstablishing long-term customer relationships
