?Work with the Innovation Hub Manager in overseeing the day to day management and operations of AB iHub
? Coordinate and co-run AB iHub incubation program: Sourcing ideas, workshop, proof of concepts
?Review submitted ideas and ensure that the ideas are within the program mandate
?Conduct initial screening on ideas and pitches and compile feedback?
?Set up and run ideas generation platforms and formats like jam sessions, hackathons, and crowdsourcing for the benefit of the corporation
?Develop a calendar for events, workshops & competitions
?Organize speaker sessions, and workshops for AB Accelerator & AB iHub
?Work with the HR learning department to identify areas of training related to digital transformation?
?Conduct ongoing industry monitoring and surveillance to ensure that the team is abreast of markets developments and trends
?Assemble and administer the related data and information into periodic reports for internal use that could be leveraged for the external communication
?Assist in preparing quarterly reports, annual reports, and quarterly newsletters
?Identify and educate the team on new innovation technology trends and markets
?Encourage creative thinking in employees and find ways to nurture innovation thinking across all areas of the organization
