Are you in?Come, and be where it begins.About this Opportunity:Ericsson has been in Egypt for 125 years and is inaugurating its regional Artificial Intelligence (AI) Innovation Centre in Cairo, Egypt. The Centre is an evolution of an existing AI Innovation Lab to be expanded and nurtured.We are looking for technology professional and entrepreneurial manager. As the AI Innovation Centre Manager, you have the overall responsibility to drive innovation activities and manage the operations of the innovation center including planning and execution of different experiences with internal and external partners and stakeholders. The innovation center is considered as the hub to promote innovation and explore new opportunities for nurturing AI innovation, competence and business, while facilitating the creation of and contribution to the Egyptian local ecosystem & MEA region.What will you do:

• Manage the operations of the innovation center in coordination with partners, including budgeting and expenses, resource planning and schedule
• Build strong relationships with marketers and the AI players in Egypt and MEA region
• Engage with campaign managers and domains teams to create relevant innovation use cases based on pain points, pre-studies and requirements
• Engage with the wider ecosystem including Ericsson customers, academia, entrepreneurs (incubators, accelerator) and industrial partners
• Host various engagements and curated activities in the innovation center aligned to Ericsson customers and ecosystem like seminars, workshop, hackathons, university competitions and bootcamps
• Host/select demos to be showcased aligned to vision of the center
• Mentor and coach youth and entrepreneurs/ startups on their business ideas aligned to the region?s business needs and requirements
• Conduct monthly and quarterly reviews to assess and measure activation success and analyze needed changes

• University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent training/experience
