1- Performs laboratory chemical and physical analysis of raw or packaging materials to make sure that they conform to specifications2- Performs the calibration of measuring and testing equipments under the supervision of Incoming materials Manager3- Preparation of volumetric solutions needed for analysis and calibration of equipments.4- Sharing in narcotic dispensing with M.O.H , warehouse and production pharmacists .5- Determine the incident, and emergency that may arise on the normal activity of work.6- Carry out risk assessment of the work / activities and take appropriate action to reduce risks to the safety level so as to maintain the safety of personnel, equipment and facilities.7- Maintaining the confidentiality and security of information, related to his work or the work of his colleagues in the company.8- Compiles data for documentation of test procedures and reports.9- Revises and updates standard operating procedures.10- Performing qualification for suppliers11- Performing audit for suppliers.12- Keeping retained samples.13- Create and change inspection plans for all RM & PM on SAP system under supervision of Incoming materials manager14- Monthly check exp. Date for Raw materials inventoryPerform supplier audit.- Sampling for MOH.- Identification of I.R for raw materials15- Analysis of water samples from plant water station & used points.16- Sampling for raw, packaging materials:- Perform Sampling plan (premises, method, sample size , container ,storage condition )*Sampling procedure.*Techniques, equipments.* Risks associated with sampling (protect the product from contamination& personal safety)* Cleaning sampling tools.-Prepare the containers and identification label.-Prepare sampling report.-Clearly identify the sample containers.-Resampling may be carried out in case of out-of-specification results.-Sampling a reference sample which must be stored at least 1 year beyond the expiration date.
