About this opportunity We are now looking for an Improvement and Performance Manager to identify, drive, support and facilitate efficient & effective change & performance improvements - from business needs to business results. You will analyses and propose improvements to processes, operations and organizations and work closely with other Operational Excellence units within MMEA and GTO/ DTO. The improvements may be run in different ways: work streams in major strategic/transformation initiatives, projects/programs/line activities driving operational & functional improvements or enabling day-to-day/continuous improvements.As the Operational Excellence unit is to a large extent a support to the entire organization, seeking to listen and understand the other unit?s and stakeholders needs, turn insights into exceptionable action plans and constantly looking for ways to chip in and inspire change in key to role success.Think simplification, then apply for the role.What you will do

  • Drive Group transformation initiatives within MMEA and represent MMEA to DTO/ Lighthouse/ other Transformation forums
  • Actively drive the target setting and performance management (incl. OKRs - Objectives and Key Results)
  • Identify, align and prioritize potential change areas, based on customer and business needs in MMEA
  • Inspire change and improvements within and across functions/units, processes and value flows
  • Support, facilitate and integrate changes in the organization/function
  • Provide data analytic expertise to initiatives, business flows and functions
  • Conduct process audits, evaluate controls and implement actions while engaging with different functions in MMEA
  • Guide corrective actions based on assessment reports with MMEA and promote self-assessment culture
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA)
You will bring
  • Education: A degree in Finance, Business Administration, or the equivalent experience.
  • Ericsson Management System and Internal assessment knowledge
  • A broad understanding of different processes and interconnections in MA within finance, sales operations, delivery, supply, sourcing etc.
  • Lead and handle change and transformation including but not limited to designing a solution with SME, defining OKRs, engaging with IT on development, user satisfaction, simplification of processes, engagement with process owners etc.
  • Ability and interest to exploiting new technologies and business analytics to develop solutions
  • Confirmed excellent collaboration and presentation skills
  • Delivering results and meeting Customer and stakeholder expectations
  • Excellent planning & organizing skills
