Open operation on system and enter shipment data in different stages.
Trace and update clients periodically with shipment situation via emails and WhatsApp group

Arrange with accounting team to issue shipment invoices with the agreed selling rate, and request issuing release letters.
Follow up any clearance procedures in local ports if required as a service.
Filling out all shipment documentation
