About this opportunity!We are looking for an Implementation Manager who has a leading, Managing, training, mentoring, coordinating and supporting role regarding technical topics and solutions within a network implementation organization.The job role is used for Fiber, Wireline, Wireless and Transmission network deployment and can be adapted and used for leading all implementation services e.g. Network Design, Site Acquisition, Civil Works, Installation, Integration services etc.Responsible for management of activities and personnel both from Ericsson, Customer and Suppliers according to Ericsson requirements and Customer contract. Budget responsible. Ensure work is implemented within in the Project EHS requirements.What you will do

  • Prioritize and coordinate rollouts.
  • Handle work orders and compensation.
  • Plan and follow up of quality assurances.
  • Drive Performance and Competence Management.
  • Leading establishments of new projects with project teams.
  • Manage and Support Service Delivery.
  • Develop and Implement Service Delivery frameworks.
  • Drive Scope Management Activities. Support Delivery workforce in EHS.
You will bring!
  • Education: Academic degree, minimum on bachelor level, in engineering (IT, Telecom)
  • Min years of experience: 5-15 years.
  • Domain-experience: Fiber, RAN and Transmission
  • You will need to have excellent Leading & supervising skills along with an Entrepreneurial approach.
  • Coping with pressures and setbacks.
  • Delivering results and meet customer expectations.
  • Planning and organizational skills for large projects.
  • Local industry and standards knowledge.
  • Excellent Follow-up and Reporting skills.
  • Change-management & Improvement skills in addition to negotiation Skills.
  • Ericsson Portfolio Knowledge.
  • Financial Analysis, Knowledge Sharing & Collaboration Skills.
  • Audit & Assessment, Risk-management, EHS Knowledge & Skills.
Additional Preferred Requirements:
  • Erisite & Eritop Experience and knowledge.
  • Ericsson NRO Tools definition and training.
  • Fiber Knowledge and Experience.
  • French and Urdu (Beside English) language skills.
