Budget responsible. Ensure work is executed within in the Project OHS requirements.You willRadio Optimization and TransmissionHandle work orders and compensationPlan and follow up of quality assurancesExcellent Leading & supervising skills along with an Entrepreneurial mindsetCoping with pressures and setbacksDelivering results and meet customer expectationsPlanning and organizational skills for projectsTo be successful in the role you areEducation: Academic degree, minimum on bachelor level, in engineering (IT, Telecom) or5-7 years? experience of Telecom and deploymentDomain experience: Radio Optimization project and transmission role out ProjectsDelivering results and meet customer expectationsPlanning and organizational skills for large projectsSupport Project Manager and project in technical aspects of project implementation issuesLead and organize the work within the Implementation function to fulfil the targetCoordinates the implementation activities from Site Survey till final Acceptance.Ensure that the implementation is carried out in accordance with local requirements, Ericsson instructions and quality requirements (QASIS).Continuously develop and improve of working methods, processes and procedures within the Project and CACollect and introduce new product and process information, transfer knowledge and experience within the teamYou should also havePMP Certification will be plus What?s in it for you?
