About this opportunity We are looking for ?ICT Program Director/Manager ? Core, Cloud & OSS who can lead large size programs the technical project management across the hierarchies with-in customer organization to bring the world?s biggest digital revolution by ensuring the best & mightier core solution brought to the life along with biggest ever packet core network consolidation solution.The ICT Program Director/Manager is responsible to drive large and sophisticated Professional Services engagements towards Ericsson?s customers. The candidate will also support the KAM with extensive technical knowledge. By tackling both the CFR and sometimes CSR role, the person is the overall responsible for the Core 3 team, especially for:

  • The overall solution
  • The overall cost estimation
  • The delivery model (mix of on-shore, near-shore and off-shore resources)
Once the deal is won, the ICT Program Director/Manager is the head of the delivery, until the complete fulfilment of the contract, ensuring the continuity from pre-sales to delivery, actively seeking to improve top and bottom lines with due consideration to customer happiness and Ericsson?s business objectives since these programs often have visible impact on the Business Unit and corporate results.What you will do
  • Drive large and complex customer project engagements
  • Ensure projects are delivered on budget, on time, to an agreed scope
  • Manage projects effectively, meeting stakeholder expectations, objectives, deliverables, and outcomes
  • Find opportunities for all stakeholders to participate in the inception, planning, monitoring and review of program activities with emphasis placed upon alignment with strategic goals
  • Analytically support stakeholders in the execution of allocated projects and performance Improvement initiatives
  • Ensure financial, resource and risk accountability, and mentor others in these project subject areas.
  • Prepare and accurately track project budgets.
  • Be a part of a team that implements test tool solutions in a 5G and multi-Standard environment
  • Lead the cloud native and container platform revolution along with end-to-end packet core CNF journey
  • High visibility program both for customer and within Ericsson. Opportunity to interact and work with C-Level and showcase your management and leadership skills.
You will bring
  • Qualification in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Business or equivalent. MBA or master is a plus.
  • Experience with complex/large sized level projects.
  • Formal project management accreditations (i.e., PMP) and Ericsson ICT PD certification.
  • Total 15 + years with at least 10 or more years of project management experience in high-risk IT, system integration and CORE network projects
  • Experience with 5G CORE, Cloud, OSS & Automation is required
  • Experience leading engagements with key customers
  • Strong knowledge managing a complete project lifecycle (including management, communications, finance, human resources, integration, procurement, quality, risk, scope, and time)
  • Strong commercial competence, leadership skills and problem-solving capability
  • Should have good communication skills!
  • Understanding of Digital Services portfolio is a plus
