This includes issues raised by current and future employees and matters related to employment, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.Job Duties:? (Non-exhaustive)

  • Designing suitable company policies and implementing them.
  • Educating employees and enforcing company policies.
  • Carrying out key HR functions (recruitment, onboarding, training, performance appraisal, leaves management, etc.)
  • Answering HR-related queries and requests.
  • Maintaining and updating employee records in the HR Software.
  • Preparing and organizing materials and procedures for key HR functions.
  • Recommending possible actions to improve existing processes.
  • Working on projects assigned.
  • General administration and reporting.
