Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join our team in Cairo, Egypt. The HR Specialist will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
  2. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  3. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
  4. Conduct disciplinary actions and investigations as necessary.
  5. Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with company policies.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
  7. Assist in the performance management process, including conducting performance reviews and providing feedback to employees.
  8. Coordinate employee training and development programs.
  9. Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations and ensure compliance.
  10. Support HR initiatives and projects as assigned.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field.
  2. Proven experience as an HR Specialist or similar role.
  3. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, policies, and procedures.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  6. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  8. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
  9. Knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and regulations.
  10. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
