Will be providing Blue, white Collar expertise, knowledge and outstanding service to Nacita, the role of the recruiter is to source and recruit high caliber candidates that meet the requirements of the business on-time.??Duties:??????????? Responsible for recruitment cycle especially with the blue collar.?????????? Will manage the process from taking the job order to advertising, screening, selection and confirming new starters.?????????? Specific recruitment processing tasks include: short listing candidate CV?s against job descriptions?????????? Updating vacancy and applicant status within the recruitment procedure?????????? Organizing interviews and producing interview schedules?????????? Liaising with applicants to provide updates on their progress etc.?????????? Pursue any other activities within the job scope assigned?????????? Use recruiting tools like tests and assignments to assess candidates? skills.?????????? Arrange interviews time schedules.?????????? Making the initial interviews & the pre-employment tests for the new candidates.?????????? Follow up with the selected candidates during and after hiring procedures.?????????? Conduct new employee orientations and welcome them on board.?????????? Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires.?????????? Attend job fairs and careers events.
