An HR Generalist with a global leader in the creation of Taste & Wellbeing and Fragrance & Beauty, and a key member of our Egypt HR team supporting key HR activities for our business and teams in Egypt, and based in our 6th of October site/Zayed office -ÿYour future position?Are you an experienced HR Specialist with at least 7 years of hands-on experience and a core background in Learning & Development and Talent Acquisition, and would like to take a new turn in your career by joining a global and leading organisation? As an essential member of our local HR team, you will proactively support the business in all HR-related topics throughout the entire employment life cycle, from onboarding until exit. You will be responsible for providing HR Generalist support for - driving the employee life cycle, building solid relationships with line managers and employees, compliance, talent acquisition and learning & development projects. You will be a trusted advisor for all HR processes and programmes.Based in our 6th of October site/Zayedÿoffice and reporting to the HR Director for Egypt & North Africa, you will support our Fragrance & Beauty, Taste & Wellbeing, Site Production Operations, and Support teams. • Understand local talent supply and demand dynamics and develop a hiring plan together with business and HR.
• Ensure compliance with talent acquisition process standards and best practices.
• Manage the recruitment process end-to-end for only the scope job level roles from sourcing to shortlisting for selection and offer management.
• Qualify candidates for current and future openings through the utilisation of available assessment and pre-screening tools.
• Ensure a great candidate experience for both active and passive candidates.

• Maintain and update the schedule of learning events so that the most current information is available to employees.
• Send invites and logistics information to training participants ahead of time.
• Book venues, arrange catering services, and secure internal/external trainers
• Serve as a point of contact and information for participants and trainers.
• Manage attendance - prepare participant lists before training sessions and track participation afterwards.
• Prepare regular training initiatives reports for the management.

• Contribute to implementing human resource strategies and programmes for Egypt.
• Support the management and administration of all HR processes, including compensation & benefits, mobility, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee engagement programmes.
• Independently manage the operational aspects of employee life cycle changes.ÿ
• Provide relevant information, data and reports to support decision-making and policy and process improvements.
• Participate in and support the implementation of corporate and site initiatives and projects.

• Support the development and roll-out of all HR services, processes, and systems in close collaboration with site stakeholders.
• Help develop and promote employee feedback methods to ensure the continuous improvement of HR services and processes.
• Contribute to defining clear roles and responsibilities and streamlining internal HR processes.
• Support effective and proactive use of people management practices & systems and provide value-addedÿreporting, enabling managers to make more effective, fact-based, and timely decisions.

• Provide guidance and advice to managers and employees on employee relations matters, including performance management, career development, disciplinary actions, and organisational decisions.
• Consult with the business on employee relations issues and ensure key HR business processes are implemented effectively (e.g. performance management, annual compensation reviews, learning and development).

• Ensure organisational compliance with employment laws and support the implementation of new legal requirements.
• Provide interpretation and guidance on HR policies and employment laws.
• Inform and advise managers and staff about relevant legislation, employee relations policies and practices.
• Ensure organisational compliance on matters of occupational health in collaboration with EHS.
