As a rapidly growing corporate travel agency, we are seeking a professional and proactive Human Resources Executive to join our team. This person will have a strong background in human resources management and will play a crucial role in developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing recruitment and retention strategies, and ensuring a harmonious and productive work environment.Responsibilities:? Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the companys business objectives.? Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring quality hires that fit our corporate culture.? Maintain a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.? Ensure the compliance of all HR processes and procedures with legal regulations.? Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations as needed.? Oversee the performance management process and work with the management team to ensure reviews are completed in a timely manner.? Plan, monitor, and appraise HR activities by scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; training managers to coach and discipline employees.? Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.? Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, and procedures across the company.? Nurture a positive working environment by promoting company culture and values.? Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards.? Deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required.
