Handling the internal day-to-day operational role which involves tasks required to provide the services to patients and visitors.
Be aware of daily clinic schedules and ensure work assignments are appropriately schedules to meet clinical needs of assigned areas.
Working closely with the Medical Director and Regional Director for Outpatient/Inpatients Services to ensure operational needs throughout the departments are adequately met on an immediate basis.
Insuring the implementation of the strategic role which is concerned in meeting of organization competitive drivers within the market. Assist in the short and long range planning function.
Managing external customers? relations outside the organization to ensure the best reflection of the organization image
Responsible for the operational performance of assigned staff. Work closely with them to develop, implement and monitor appropriate work practice methods and to ensure proper, competent and full completion of assigned activities.
