Good customer communication & facilitation skills.? More than 5 years? experience of customer facing presentations, discussions and collaboration. Experience of playing a role of trusted advisor for customers? Deep experience of running the f2f escalation & post escalation discussion with customer tech management.? Excellent troubleshooting skills? Deep knowledge of technical support service deliverables? Experience in analysis of effect of reactive support to customer business. Experience in preparation of outcome-based reports & QBRs.? Knowledge of implementation and proactive support tasks. Experience in collaboration with proactive support teams.? Egyptian, English (French or one of European languages are nice to have)? Deep knowledge of Cisco R&S, SP R&S, Security, DCN technologies and solutions.? CCIE R&S & CCIE SP is nice to have? Deep knowledge of country-wide SP and Banking Network Architecture & Services? Ready for on-site visits? Focus on network-level or application support versus device-level support.? Resolution ownership, regardless of technology involved.? Strong commercial awareness, fully appreciate the impact that network outages can have on a customers? core business.? Ability to adjust communication style when interfacing with executives and engineers.? Leverages and contributes to Virtual Teams.? Good understanding of business process and requirements in a support environment.? Ability to work successfully as a team member in a cross-functional matrix environment.? Be comfortable presenting to groups of engineers on training and provide knowledge transfer.? Results driven and focus on the customer.
