Job Description

  • Validate the information on all medical claims
  • Keep meticulous records of claims and follow up on lapsed cases
  • Process DLX (lab, radiology, physician and dental) health insurance claims.
  • Verify the claims date with the received date.
  • Ensure that prior approval is issued according to policy.
  • Review ?claim form?, ?medical card?, ?required documents? and ?providers? bills? are original and meet our instructions and for the correct patient.
  • Ensure diagnosis compatibility with the services performed.
  • Review policy notes, exclusions, limitations, comments and side pool if any.
  • Ensure claims match the coordination of benefits
  • Issue a reconciliation for the provider.
  • Address the finance department to issue check for the provider.
