Job Description

Main Job Purpose:The main purpose of this position is to co-ordinate and supervise the processes of communication with countries, international and regional organizations; propose memorandums of understanding, international conventions and programs of bilateral cooperation; document bilateral agreements concluded with international bodies, in line with ENRRA?s Integrated Management System.Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the preparation of draft international cooperation agreements/memorandums of understanding with nuclear and radiation regulatory bodies in other countries.
  • Organize and coordinate cooperation of ENRRA with international, multinational, regional organizations and organizations of other countries.
  • Organize the preparation and participation of ENRRA delegations in the sessions and meetings of international, multinational, regional organizations and organizations of other countries.
  • Coordinate and facilitate ENRRA?s participation in work and activities related to the membership of the Arab Republic of Egypt in the IAEA and other International organizations.
  • In cooperation with the relevant sectors and departments, support as needed in the drafting of national reports for implementation of the obligations of the Arab Republic of Egypt arising from international treaties and conventions to which the Arab Republic of Egypt is a contracting party.
  • In cooperation with relevant sectors and departments, develop and implement protocols and procedures related to ENRRA?s international cooperation.
  • In coordination with relevant sectors and departments, organize and execute all aspects of support related to the visit of foreign delegations to ENRRA.
  • Assist other departments in promoting major international cooperative projects;
  • Formulate annual plan for ENRRA official international visits, review and approve international visit plans.
  • Carry out other similar tasks as directed by ENRRA Vice Chairman.
