Urgently required Head of Graphic Design for a Marketing and Advertising Company located in Egypt.#Scope:?Supervise and support the creative team and ensure all artworks are delivered with outstanding quality.#Duties:- Produce designs according to creative briefs & clients? brand guidelines.- Produce mockups & initial designs for creative presentations.- Work on design adaptations according to requested sizes & different channel requirements.- Amend designs according to clients? comments & requirements.- Attend brainstorming sessions & conceptualize initial key visual ideas.- Research previous designs & look for inspirations from different sources.- Edit and proofread when needed.- Work effectively with other team members to ensure better outcomes.- Coordinate with the team of designers- Finalize their work by helping with editing / selecting/making the right designs asked for.-Provide support and collaboration to whole employees when needed.-Manage and delegate responsibilities to the creative team and provide directions.- Follow up and supervise all projects and ensure the quality and deadline.#Salary and benefits:?Renewable Contract.Attractive salary package.
