??Develop a deep understanding of the business, organization functions & its strategies through understanding stakeholders? objectives and needs.
?Work on minimizing the number of projects that come across the year that is not in the yearly business plan to ensure proper planning & cost optimization.
Plan for budgeting/Costing as per the department standards and ensure following them and suggest/ consult/ advise on alternative plans in case of challenges
Monitor the timelines & the budget execution to ensure sticking to them.
Monitor & enhance the research recommendations & feasibility for implementation in business.
?Supervise documentation & archiving to maintain standards.
Enhance depth of analysis and quality of reports.
Review all reports and add the suggested extra analyses (whether statistical or logical) to add depth to the findings other than the obvious insights.
??Advise clients on appropriate research approaches and methodologies to achieve business objectives.
Ensure that all client needs are met and for this, sourcing help in whatever way required from other colleagues and team members.
Work towards ensuring a high level of satisfaction among all clients.
