PURPOSE OF THE JOB Providing premium service to PHD customers by answering their technical inquiries and handling their concerns promptly and professionally.ESSENTIAL FUNCTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES-Thoroughly study the cases of the assigned units.-Coordinate and resolve matters pertaining the units? delivery delays.- Conduct snagging inspections and record all customers? points accurately.- Prepare and communicates appropriate handover related response for customers? queries and other notices.- Maintaining excellent track of the extra costing sheets resulting from modification and general requests for assigned units.-Communicate and direct unresolved issues and post handover customer to the relevant department.
