Job Description

Tagaddod is on the lookout for a unique talent who would help us grow our products. As a growth product manager, you will lead data analysts, UI and user experience designers in an agile working environment and will work in close partnership with the Head of Engineering and the Chief Product Officer.You will drive your teams to deliver solutions and go for excellence. Both to fulfill our promise of an amazing collection experience for our customers and to build highly scalable, reliable and efficient features and technology that matches the needs of our very fast growing business.Responsibility:

  • Develop and implement product strategies consistent with company vision
  • Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and end products
  • Work with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps
  • Lead product managers and coordinate cross-functional teams
  • Produce and review product requirements documents (PRD)
  • Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule
  • Make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision
  • Suggest ways to track product use and impact on end users
  • A reliable problem-solving that can ensure high return on investment (ROI.)
  • Translate ideas into strategy and features, and follow product development from start to finish.
  • Confident, a perceptive and creative leader and have a knack for knowing what ideas will and won?t work.
