Responsible for the all Recruitment Cycle.
Conduct On-boarding program for the new hires.
Collect training needs from the entire departments of the company.
Contact training providers to gather training technical and financial proposals to prepare the annual training plan.
Compare the training proposals and recommend the appropriate ones.
Finalize the procedures of all training programs? expenditures in coordination with the financial department.
Establish all the required reports requested by the HR Manager
Participate with all HR Team in all functions.
