They are innovating new ways to help improve the quality of life of the Egyptian retailer and soon to other retailers globally.If you are passionate about working hard to make an impact and innovate new solutions, MaxAB is looking for top talent.Job Summary:As a Ground Courier Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that the Ground Courier Team is following the daily dispatch plan.Responsibilities:

  • Run the next day dispatch plan
  • Supervise the dispatch plan preparation and make sure it is shared with the operations team within the agreed deadline
  • Review the team attendance and ensure that the needed manpower is available
  • Ensure that the couriers are out with the orders on time
  • Address any couriers? problems
  • Validate the reports shared by the Ground Courier Team Leaders
  • Check the delayed and failed orders report, analyze the reasons, and suggest solutions
  • Update the deficit sheet and analyze the deficit reasons
  • Update the couriers? scorecards
  • Ensure that the Couriers are following the delivery plan and processes
  • Review the audit sheet and handle the cases according to the customers and the Quality Team feedback
  • Run the Couriers payroll
  • Review the weekly cost per warehouse
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree
  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent level of Excel and Microsoft programs
  • Good level of English Language
  • High level of Communication and Leadership skills
