Role Purpose? Implement and maintain a strong relationship with all Governorates to support VFE business.? Scheduling Regular meetings with governmental officials across Egypt in Favour to VF? Ensuring Vodafone best interest is always achieved within these entities.? Represent Vodafone with 1st layer in the government sector.? Follow up governmental auctions & global deals process regarding VFE network sites.? Following up on behalf of VFE critical, go no-go, needed clearances and approvals for government contracts & deals.? Follow up VFE special projects in different ministries and security agencies all over Egypt.? Follow up the new opportunities for government sales team with the government sector.? Issuing environmental permits for VF new sites? Acquisition of new sites within Ministry of environmental affairs, MOI , MOY , Presidency , Ministry of Justice , ERTU , Ministry of Agriculture? Formulating global deals and protocols with governmental entities across Egypt to maximize VFE Business and network footprint.Job ResponsibilityBuild and maintain strong relationship with all ministries and governmental authorities.Speed up network deployment and retail operations. Through new acquisitions for VF sites within governmental entitiesRetention and renewals of all VFE network sites in Governorates propertiesManage all auctions & global deals with Governmental authorities for new VF network sites and retail stores.Support commercial teams in the government sector.Key performance indicators:? Opex savings and monitoring through VFE network sites with Governmental entities contract renewals.? Access permissions for VFE sites with governmental entities.? New network sites/retails acquisitions, influencing the issuance of new regulations and permits process for building new sites. Direct reports: 3Role RequirementsCore competencies, knowledge and experience:? GSM components awareness? Aware with all the process of legalizing VFE sites and stores.? Aware with the new sites permits issuance cycle and steps? Aware with the steps of participating in auctions organized by the government sector.? Good Negotiations and Communications skills? Budget planning, forecasting and reporting skills.. Must have technical / professional qualifications: ? Business acumen? A background in telecom field? Account Management previous experience
