KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES (not all-inclusive)?1. Contribute to the management of a portfolio of partnerships, providing coordination, data and analysis to support the effective solicitation of contributions, donor stewardship and assessment of results.2. Provide support to technical units and country offices to assist them in effectively mobilizing donor resources, including highlighting funding opportunities.3. Prepare and provide inputs for briefing documents for senior-level management meetings with donors.4. Maintain a clear flow of communication with all relevant colleagues to ensure resourcing issues are timely and adequately addressed.5. Collate data and contribute to the preparation of accurate and timely reporting on donors and programmes, to enable informed decision-making and action planning by senior stakeholders.6. Prepare and provide regular information to educate new and potential donors on the strategy, design, relevance and impact of WFP programmes, and to advocate the work of WFP.7. Track and collate data to support senior managers in developing new strategies to maintain and increase funding from new and traditional donors.8. Represent WFP/RBC at international meetings at appropriate levels, sharing information that raises awareness of the government partnerships strategy and objectives, and builds support for WFP activities.9. Work in collaboration with other relevant colleagues to ensure the flow of information and align activities, including to ensure donor visibility and donor conditions are met, and to maximize WFP?s positioning in various fora.10. Maintain effective relationships with representatives of government donors through appropriate channels, and coordinate donor meetings, attending where required.11. Maintain awareness of current affairs and donor policies and conduct analysis to understand how they may impact WFP activities and programmes.12. Contribute to the implementation of global forecasting exercises and other corporate initiatives.13. Other as required.OTHER SPECIFIC JOB REQUIREMENTS?1. Timely responses to queries from RBC and country office colleagues for government partnership and resource mobilization guidance, particularly in support of Country Strategic Plans and country-level Partnership Action Plans.2. Effective management of government partnership knowledge management tools, including donor intelligence mapping/management on salesforce, calendar of donor reports, contact lists and archive of proposals and reports.3. Knowledge bank of latest developments on donor policies on international humanitarian/development assistance, alongside an archive of WFP partnership policies, guidance and corporate positioning.4. Support to RBC?s support in CO resource mobilization including through preparations of donor briefs, for corporate and regional events alike.5. Support in induction programme / training?for government partnerships officer across the region.6. Effective management of donor visibility plans in close collaboration with COs and RBC Communication?team.
