To lead and exercise control in the areas of long-term strategy planning and formulation, implementation, objective setting, and policy direction in order to support the shareholders vision, and achieve financial and acceptable ROI within agreed annual performance plans, and adopted policies and procedures.?Planning and Strategy???????? Review and validate Company?s strategic and business planning process???????? Develop and monitor Company?s strategic and business plan???????? Establish target setting goals and validate Company?s scorecard???????? Drive the design of the overall Company?s development strategy in coordination with Company?s Management Team???????? Benchmark Company?s to enable business improvement and enhance performance???????? Contribute key insights to annual Company?s planning and budgeting process and provide advice and recommendations to Company?s annual financial plan, budget and budget control report?Financial Management???????? Ensure Company?s financial viability and cost structure are regularly analyzed, and that appropriate measures are undertaken to monitor and reduce operations and services costs???????? Monitor and review budget forecasts based on historic trends, economic environment and changes in the market???????? Drive opportunities and champion initiatives that enable Company?s to increase cost-efficiencies and financial returns???????? Drive financial prudence in all decisions and question major variances between actual expenditure and Company?s agreed annual budget?Operational Management???????? Spearhead the development, communication and implementation of effective growth and expansion strategies and processes???????? Foster a result-oriented, innovative, accountable and transparent environment within Company?s that promotes and rewards business performance???????? Direct and oversee setting effective internal controls and management information systems to ensure protecting Company?s interests???????? Oversee Company?s products? development, sales, and maintenance activities to ensure Company?s maintains its assets and profitability?Stakeholder Management???????? Establish and maintain effective relationships with Company?s Board of Directors, and employees to facilitate meeting Company?s business and operational objectives???????? Represent Company?s interests in areas of strategic importance internally, and externally with key customers, key suppliers, and legislators???????? Work effectively, proactively and with urgency internally and externally to ensure the delivery of products and services that meet Company?s interests, and for knowledge sharing?Budget???????? Oversee Company?s budgeting cycle and lead the budgeting process???????? Direct Company?s effectively within budget, and report accurately on progress made and challenges encountered???????? Formulate strategies that result in positive financial impact for Company?s and mitigates financial and operational risks???????? Prepare, submit and justify budget enhancement requests to Company?s Board of DirectorsPolicies, Processes and Procedures???????? Direct the development and oversee the implementation of Company?s policies, systems, processes, procedures and controls so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering high quality and cost-effective results???????? Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement through adapting to changes in international standards, changes in the business environment and adoption of leading practices within Company?s???????? Oversee escalated Company?s non-compliance case resolution and reduce non-compliance through ensuring the availability and promotion of stipulated policies and procedures
