Interact with prospects / clients to understand business requirements.? Demonstrate MSCRM solution capabilities to the client.? Conduct business process analysis and create Fit/Gap report.? Advise on complex MS Dynamics CRM business cases and propose comprehensive. solutions based on MS CRM, 3rd parties and customizations.? Create functional requirement and functional design for customizations.? Create estimates for implementation tasks.? Provide MS Dynamics SME expertise to client and mentor team members.? Participate in planning and design sessions with customers.? Work with Business groups to gather and document business needs and processes? Advises customers on best practices for CRM processes, user interface and architecture.? Develops and manages project plans that encompass the complete project life cycle (i.e. project requirements, development, quality assurance, deployment etc.)? Configure and customize the CRM system based on design specifications? Develop test plans and scripts.? Conduct system and end-to-end testing of the application.? Works with the cross-functional areas to secure resources and ensure resources are used effectively.? Resolves issues affecting project scope, quality, effort, risk, and timeline.? Participates in weekly status meetings (may be more) and sends status updates to the Project Manager.? Assists in conducting design review sessions with the customer to demonstrate completed work and gather adjustments and changes? Bachelor?s in business management, management information system, marketing or equivalent.? Four years overall MS Dynamics CRM experience. CRM 2011, 2013, 365 experience required.? Experience as an MS Dynamics CRM consultant in a client-facing role for MS Dynamics 365 top tier or similar consulting organization is highly desirable.? Hands-on experience in designing, configuring, or administering MS Dynamics CRM required.Additional Qualifications & Skills:? Dynamics CRM certification is desired.? Scribe certification preferred.? Vertical experience desired.? Strong work ethic: Ability to work in non-structured work environment (i.e. remotely, home office, etc.).? Excellent interpersonal, presentation and written communication skills.? Strong ability to convey technical information to non-technical clients.? Exudes confidence.? Possesses excellent communication skills.? Self-Starter with ability to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities.? Thinks clearly and calmly under pressure.?
