  • Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately; notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
  • Answer the phone in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for permission cycle by Coordinating with the duty manager, making follow up, and making sure of delivering it to the security team.
  • Responsible for receiving the payment for the events, cashless system and some classes of multipurpose rooms and delivering it to the finance team or the responsible.
