Together, we are embarking on a journey where each and every one of us, individually and collectively, welcomes and celebrates individual differences.You will be working as a Treasury Specialist and will be the part of CFO Functions Business Area for Treasury Division based in, Caairo, Egypt. In this role you will be reporting to Treasury Manager and will be responsible for various Treasury areas.This position reports toTreasury ManagerYour responsibilities

  • Evaluate and monitor risk exposures and the financial instruments available to mitigate the risk. Implement appropriate financial instruments and transactions required to manage the risk.
  • Provide advice and support to the business in the respective areas of responsibility within Treasury (hedging, payment conditions, guarantees, insurance, etc.).
  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of treasury operations. Prepare reports and financial analyses related to Treasury as requested by management.
  • Review key performance indicators to suggest action plans and improve results.
  • Coordinate and deliver training programs for Treasury organization. Support and educate the business and functions in issues concerning Treasury.
  • Participate in and contribute to initiatives and process improvements in Treasury to keep abreast of the latest developments in this area.
  • Ensure that internal controls over financial reporting processes are performed effectively and efficiently in the respective areas of responsibility.
Your background
  • Bachelor degree in finance or relevant field .
  • At least 3+ years professional experience in the Treasury function of a global company, with an extensive experience in tasks and responsibilities relating to Bank relations, cash management, equity funding, and FX risk management.
  • Experience in working in cross functional and different organizational levels.
  • Ability to quickly troubleshoot and solve various operational issues and strong financial and analytical skills.
  • Banking experience is an advantage
  • Experience in francophone countries is a plus.
  • Should have good Communications & presentation skills. Excellent level of English, French and Arabic required.
