Ensure the safe and efficient operation for company?s fleetRender advice and assistance in the development of policy on operating routes and regulations, aerodrome, MET and crew briefing requirementsFollow up for pilots leaves, restoring and daily changes.Follow up Flight Operations roster.Study aerodrome surveys when required and operational aspects associated with charter flights including route selection.Follow up with Flight Schedules Manager for Flight Operations Planning & Follow Up for all pilots medical check, simulator,Assist the in recording the annual pilots? simulator training, medical check & licenses renewal.Control of operations and operational schedule standards of all airplanes operated.Ensure that crew scheduling complies with flight and duty time regulations, and that all crew members are kept informed of any changes to the regulations and standards.Suggest/ recommend procedure for flight activities changes.Prepare and maintain all the data of fleet operationsAssume any responsibilities delegated by the Flight Operations Manager.
