  • Provides leadership to the fleet department on day-to-day operations.
  • Ensuring that company policies are followed regarding vehicle maintenance, accident prevention, fuel efficiency, and other driving practices.
  • Managing the operating process for the transfer and distribution of tasks.
  • Monitor and drive the business by following the management strategies and goals.
  • Provide advice and guidance to the different teams regarding fleet operation.
  • Follow up on fleet supervisors and team leaders tasks.
  • Discuss the weekly and monthly plans with the project?s heads, analysis expected gaps, and prepare proactive solutions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor`s degree in Logistics or equivalent major
  • 4-6 years of experience in a similar position
  • CLTD certification
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Programs
  • Very good Communication and Problem-Solving Skills
  • Experience in E-Commerce and start-ups as a plus
