DescriptionResponsible for Fixed Line product (VDSL & Gated Community). This includes managing the fixed portfolio throughout the Products financial & non-financial performance against trends and targets and provide deep monthly revenue/cost analysis., and working closely with variety of stakeholders, to deliver winning products. It also includes working with marketing, sales, technology & operations and other support functions to ensure KPIs & goals are met. As well as participating actively to achieve company?s overall strategy and goalsJob ResponsibilityProfile Management? Closely monitor the area?s performance against trends and targets and provide deep monthly revenue/cost analysis (over 1Bn EGP/year revenues and over 1Bn EGP/Year of cost management)? Work closely with different types of stakeholders for the same product between Marketing segment, operations team, operations, technology, sales & distribution,? Building a solid insightful budget that accurately forecasts revenues/costs and consumption based on current trends, projected regulatory changes and new product launches.? Consolidate and present various business reviews and stakeholder alignment meetings to demonstrate company performance and obtain proper business alignment to achieve company?s goals? Control the monthly P&L for Fixed Line Products, Quarterly profitability, and Prepare all business cases needed for Fixed line different types of products & various new launchesKey performance indicators [max 3]:1. Revenue/margins target achievement2. Sales volume targets achievement3. High forecasting accuracy (<1% forecast deviation target)Role QualificationsCore competencies, knowledge and experience:Work Experience? 3 years of proven record of managing tight timelines projects and deadlines? 4 years of professional experience (at 1 year with commercial acumen)Soft Skills? Excellent level communication skill & various stakeholders? management? Strong analytical skills, and high problem-spotting skills? Self-driven by nature, ability to drive business to achieve company?s goals? High level of presentation skills to top line management? Strong knowledge of accounting practices and procedures? Multitask person who can work under pressure and critical situation and accomplish business objectives & meeting deadlinesMust have technical / professional qualifications:Education? University degree (e.g. Finance or Economics)? CMA/CFA is a plus
